An example of our Real Estate Turnaround work is in the Lower Hudson Valley, New York. A 50 plus unit low to moderate income building in bankruptcy and foreclosure. We secured a $2.4 MM loan for capital improvements which include a Green Energy Efficient Building Conversion, and to take the project out of bankruptcy and foreclosure.
